Salad ingredients:
Broccoli x 2
Cranberries ½ cup
Almonds slivered 1 cup
Dressing:
Tahini x 2 Tbsp
Juice of 1 lemon
1 red onion
2 Tbsp olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Chop raw broccoli into tiny pieces and combine with other salad ingredients.
Step 2
Combine dressing ingredients together in a bowl and drizzle over salad.
