Ingredients

Salad ingredients:


  • Broccoli x 2

  • Cranberries ½ cup

  • Almonds slivered 1 cup


Dressing:


  • Tahini x 2 Tbsp

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 1 red onion

  • 2 Tbsp olive oil

Preparation

Step 1


Chop raw broccoli into tiny pieces and combine with other salad ingredients.



Step 2


Combine dressing ingredients together in a bowl and drizzle over salad.
