This training takes you through a step-by-step guide on how to alter your diet for weight loss, maintenance, or gain- whichever your goal. We focus alot on mindset and help you to overcome any barriers or self limiting beliefs that you might have relating to your ability to eat well. Learn how to nourish your body with food that you love in the amounts that best suited to your goals. We cover the macronutrient break down of foods and digestion, and how to create a meal plan that you love and can follow throughout the week. Work through the modules one day at a time and complete the workbook as you move through.
