Hi, I'm Alex
I am not just another person wanting to write a generic diet plan for you, tell you to "just relax" or suggest that you "keep on trying naturally for another 6 months".
I am a registered women's health, PCOS, fertility & pregnancy dietitian who helps women who are preparing for IVF to utilize the increasing amount of information that research shows us can significantly improve the chances of IVF success.
Nutrition has helped me in my journey to get pregnant and it is incredible how much research there is that shows us really simple things that can truly boost the chances of pregnancy and that healthy little baby in your arms.
I am on a mission to share this information and support as many couples as possible to see real results from correct nutrition and supplementation as they prepare for IVF.
