Ingredients
1 tin coconut cream
1 tub cream cheese
2 cup Greek yoghurt
1-2 Tbsp sweetener
Preparation
Step 1
Whip the coconut cream until light and fluffy- this takes about 10 minutes.
Step 2
Add other ingredients and whisk until smooth.
Step 3
Put into ramekins or small serving cups. Top with whipped cream and fruit (optional) before putting into the fridge.
