Ingredients
½ tub cream cheese
1 cup cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Few Tbsp’s sweetener (to taste)
2-4 tablespoons cocoa (again- to taste)
1 pinch salt
Preparation
Step 1
Place cream cheese in a large bowl and beat using an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
Step 2
Turn mixer to low speed and slowly add cream and vanilla extract.
Step 3
Add sweetener, cocoa powder and salt, mix until combined.
Step 4
Turn mixer to high, and mix until light and fluffy, 1 to 2 minutes more.
Step 5
Serve immediately, or refrigerate for later.
