Ingredients
1 cup instant oats
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 ½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Pinch salt
4 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup honey (melted or use liquid honey)
½ cup dark choc chips
1 cup dried apricots, diced
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Step 2
Roll into balls and put onto baking paper lined baking tray.
Step 3
Bake in oven at 180 degrees celcius for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
