Ingredients
1 cup coconut oil- melted
3 Tbsp cocoa
1 tsp vanilla
1-2 tsp sweetener
2 cups air-popped popcorn
Pinch salt
½ cup pumpkin seeds
¼ cup dried apricots
¼ cup dried cranberries
1 cup nuts
¼ cup dessicated coconut
Preparation
Step 1
Melt chocolate ingredients (coconut oil, vanilla, cocoa, sweetener) in saucepan on LOW heat, stirring, until melted and combined.
Step 2
Remove from heat.
Step 3
Add all ingredients to chocolate mixture. Combine.
Step 4
Transfer to lined baking tin and spread evenly. Transfer to freezer to set.
Step 5 Once set, cut into slabs.
Step 6 Best stored in the fridge and will keep for 2 weeks.
