Basil & Sundried Tomato pesto

About the Recipe


  • 1 cup basil leaves

  • 3x sundried tomatoes

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds

  • 3 Tbsp olive oil

  • Juice of 1 lemon (add zest, too, for more lemon flavour)

  • 1 clove garlic, roughly chopped

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp pepper


Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and blend with stick blender until very smooth and well mixed.

Step 2

Taste and season adding additional lemon juice, salt, or pepper to taste.
