Basil Pesto

About the Recipe


  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 1 cup of fresh basil

  • 3 tbsp of olive oil

  • 1 lemon, juiced

  • 1/2 cup of cashew nuts

  • ½ block grated parmesan cheese

  • salt and pepper to season


Step 1

Combine all ingredients and blend together with a stick blender/food processor.

Step 2

Serve as is or stir it through a pasta or salad greens.
