Beetroot dip

About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 medium fresh beetroot

  • 1 Tbsp crushed garlic

  • 1 Tbsp tahini

  • 250g light sour cream

  • 1-2 Tbsp lemon juice

  • Pinch salt

Preparation

Step 1


Roast beetroot at 180 degrees C wrapped in foil.


Step 2


Cut beets and peel skin when cooked.


Step 3


Add all ingredients food processor.


Step 4


Season with salt and pepper.
