Garden Greens Hummus
About the Recipe

Ingredients
1x tin drained and rinsed chickpeas
1 clove garlic
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp tahini
1 tsp ground cumin
1 cup garden greens e.g. spinach/ kale/ parsley/ mint
Pinch salt
Preparation
Step 1
Puree all together in food processor.
Step 2
Add 1 Tbsp of iced water in whilst the food processor is running until consistency is as desired
