Garden Greens Hummus

About the Recipe


  • 1x tin drained and rinsed chickpeas

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 2 Tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp tahini

  • 1 tsp ground cumin

  • 1 cup garden greens e.g. spinach/ kale/ parsley/ mint

  • Pinch salt


Step 1

Puree all together in food processor.

Step 2

Add 1 Tbsp of iced water in whilst the food processor is running until consistency is as desired
