Pumpkin Hummus
About the Recipe
Ingredients
¼ butternut pumpkin - roasted
1 tin chickpeas rinsed and drained
1 Tbsp tahini
2 tsp cumin
1 clove garlic
Black pepper
2-3 Tbsp Lemon juice
Garnish: 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
Season with salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Combine ingredients and puree with stick blender or food processor.
Step 2
To serve, sprinkle the pumpkin seeds over the top.
