Pumpkin Hummus

About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • ¼ butternut pumpkin - roasted

  • 1 tin chickpeas rinsed and drained

  • 1 Tbsp tahini

  • 2 tsp cumin

  • 1 clove garlic

  • Black pepper

  • 2-3 Tbsp Lemon juice

  • Garnish: 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds

  • Season with salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1


Combine ingredients and puree with stick blender or food processor.


Step 2


To serve, sprinkle the pumpkin seeds over the top.
