About the Recipe
Ingredients
2 cups Broccoli, fresh or frozen
70g raw mince
1 Tbsp Sesame seeds
2 Tbsp Soy sauce
1 tsp minced ginger
1 Tbsp sweet chili sauce
1 tsp garlic- minced
Preparation
Step 1
Spray a pan with an oil spray. Add in garlic. Stir fry beef and broccoli for 5-6 minutes.
Step 2
Remove broccoli & cut it into small pieces. Add back into the pan. Stir fry for another 3-4 minutes.
Step 3
Add in soy sauce, ginger, & sweet chili.
Step 4
Top with sesame seeds when ready to eat.
