Guac & greens salad

About the Recipe


  • 2 cups mixed greens

  • ½ -1 tomato

  • ¼ Onion, red

  • 1 handful of Tortilla chips

  • ½ Avocado

  • 150g raw Chicken breast

  • 2 Tbsp Vinaigrette, light Lime juice to drizzle over as dressing (2 Tbsp)


Step 1

Spray the pan with an oil spray. Cube chicken.

Step 2

Cook chicken for ~10 minutes on low heat, until cooked through.

Step 3

Chop onion, tomatoes, and avocado into small pieces.

Step 4

Crumble tortilla chips. If you don’t want that many tortilla chips in your salad, have some on the side.

Step 5

Mix all ingredients.

Step 6

Drizzle lime juice over.
