Pear & walnut salad with honey mustard dressing

About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup walnuts- crumbled

  • 1 pear

  • ¼ cup cranberries (dried)

  • ⅓ bag of spinach

  • Feta to sprinkle


Dressing:

  • Juice of ½ orange

  • 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

  • 1 Tbsp grainy mustard

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1


Dice the pear into small cubes.



Step 2


Chop the cranberries roughly.



Step 3


Throw all chopped ingredients and green leafy veg into the bowl too.



Step 4


Mix the orange juice, balsamic, mustard and olive oil together. Add salt and pepper to taste.



Step 5


Stir into the salad.
