Pesto green salad

About the Recipe


  • 1 cup salad greens

  • ½ cup green beans


  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 1 cup of fresh basil

  • 3 tbsp of olive oil

  • 1 lemon, juice

  • 1/2 cup of cashew nuts

  • 2/3 cup of parmesan cheese

  • salt and pepper to season


Step 1

Combine garlic, basil, lemon juice and cashew nuts in blender until smooth.

Step 2

Add oil gradually until mixture comes together.

Step 3

Add parmesan, blend well and season with salt and pepper

Step 4

Toss the pesto through the salad greens and green beans. Serve immediately.
