Ingredients
2 cups broccoli florets
1 carrot- diced or cut into thin strips
1 capsicum- sliced
1 spring onion- diced
Handful sliced cabbage
1 cup cooked vermicilli
â…“ cup peanuts
Dressing:
¼ cup lime juice
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3 teaspoons chili sauce
1 clove garlic chopped very finely and crushed
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Preparation
Step 1
Place the broccoli, carrot, capsicum and spring onion into a heated frying pan and stir fry until soft.
Step 2
Combine the remaining ingredients together in a large bowl and toss to mix everything together. Serve with crispy tofu.
