About the Recipe
Ingredients
½ cucumber- cut into thin sticks
1 tomato- diced
½ capsicum
Handful cabbage
½ spring onion- diced
1x zucchini- zoodles
½ cup peanuts - toasted in frying pan
Dressing:
Juice of 1 lemon
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3 teaspoons chili sauce
1 clove garlic chopped very finely and crushed
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 tsp fresh ginger
Preparation
Step 1
Combine together in a bowl, then toss with dressing.
Step 2
Dressing- combine all of these together
