Broccoli bites

About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 broccoli

  • 2 eggs

  • ¾ cup grated cheese

  • Salt and pepper

  • ½ cup almond flour

Preparation

Step 1


Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius




Step 2


Whiz broccoli in food processor until it resembles rice then place in the microwave in a bowl for 3-4 minutes, until soft.




Step 3


Combine all ingredients in a bowl.




Step 4


Roll into small balls and place on an oven tray lined with baking paper.




Step 5


Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes- turning halfway through.




Step 6


Serve with cheesy spinach dip.



Broccoli is an incredible souce of fibre and vitamin c, it provides bulk without the excess energy and is just a great and super versatile vegetable.
