Ingredients
¼ cup flour
Pinch salt and pepper
2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp sweet chilli
150g firm tofu
Preparation
Step 1
Drain liquid from packet of firm tofu.
Step 2
Cut 150g of tofu into small squares.
Step 3
Mix tofu into marinade mixture and leave to sit for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Heat small amount of oil in a frying pan.
Step 5
Fry tofu on each side until crispy and golden.
Tofu is an extremely good plant source of calcium.
