Our 90min Nutrition Intensive is here to provide you with tailored advice and support, answer all of your questions, and help you identify your next steps with a complete nutrition, supplement, and lifestyle plan.

This service is perfect for those who would like a personalised plan but feel that they don't need the ongoing support of a 12 week program. If you decide that you would like to work with me in a 12 week program after your 1:1 consultation then we can absolutely arrange for this support as well. â€‹

This service includes: 

  • A thorough diet & lifestyle assessment and full nutrition analysis of your diet plus blood test recommendations and review.

  • Bespoke supplement recommendations specific to your nutrient requirements complete with specific brand recommendations and prescriber-only supplements (when needed).

  • A custom nutrition plan including delicious, easy meals and snacks that support you to feel your absolute best and address all of your health needs. 

Frequently asked questions:

What is your diet advice? 

Our nutrition recommendations are backed by science, and are given based on your individual needs and preferences. There is nothing generic about what we do. We spend time researching your health, diet, and situation, then creating a plan specific to you.

You will not be given something strict that you don't enjoy. We focus on sustainable changes only. 

​

Will I have to cook separate meals for my family? 

No way! This is a strong no from us- life is busy enough. Your family members may need different portion sizes depending on appetites and nutrient/ calorie requirements- but all meals are 100% safe for everyone. These are not "diet" meals and I don't suggest to you any "diet" foods. ​

​

How much will I spend on food? 

We will not be telling you to spend money on expensive foods. You don't need to fork out for organic, "superfood claims" or specific brands. Our guidelines can work for any budget and we show you how to tick all of the nutritional boxes at the same time.

Where is your office located for appointments? 

We work with clients worldwide, virtually.

​

Will my health insurance cover this appointment? 

Possibly! Many insurance providers cover registered dietitian services so have a look at your policy or call them for more info on this.

How many appointments will I need? 

Generally, one appointment is not enough for most people as there is simply only so much that we can cover in a 90 minute session. We see the best results with ongoing follow up for support and accountability. Some women work with us for only a few months while others require longer periods of support. It all depends on your starting point and your goals. We can discuss this further in your PCOS program clarity call or in your initial 90min intensive session.
