Feeling supported, heard, and managing your PCOS symptoms doesn't have to be complicated.

I'll help you manage your PCOS symptoms and optimise your fertility with science-backed, personalised nutrition advice.

Have you been told to lose weight, cut carbs or go on a "PCOS" diet? You're in the right place.

Being diagnosed with PCOS does not mean that you have to lose weight, cut out carbs, or follow a strict diet. There is no on-size-fits-all when it comes to managing these conditions through diet and supplements, and personalised advice and recommendations are important.

Symptoms and infertility associated with PCOS and endometriosis can be managed through food. Research tells us that with some simple diet and supplement modifications we can:

  • Reduce insulin levels

  • Regulate periods

  • Regulate ovulation

  • Boost fertility

  • Reduce inflammation

  • Reduce pelvic pain

  • Optimise egg and embryo health

  • Support a thick, healthy uterine lining

  • Improve gut microbiota

Maybe you’ve tried for years to find a PCOS solution that works for you. You’ve dragged yourself from appointment to scan to test to yet another appointment and still - no real answers. Half the time you feel like you’re the one educating the health care professional.

Or perhaps, you’ve been recently diagnosed with PCOS and your head has been spinning with information overload ever since. The last thing you need or want is more misleading, contradictory or generic advice. You just want someone who gets it, straightforward guidance and a treatment plan that’s a little more personalised than “lose weight.”

Let’s get you on your way to confidently managing your PCOS with simple and effective diet and lifestyle changes.

  • Practical Support:

    • Meal and snack suggestions that fit your preferences, time availability, budget, and lifestyle.

  • Supplements:

    • High quality prescriber-only supplements to suit your nutritional needs and as indicated by biochemistry and nutrition analysis.

We take a habit-stacking approach, gradually implementing changes in a way that cements them into your lifestyle so that before long you are doing everything that the research indicates as most important for PCOS.

In your first session we will create an action plan including the most impactful, important changes, then build on this in future sessions.

If you’re ready to free yourself from PCOS overwhelm and get the support you’ve been looking for, as well as a personalised plan to help you achieve your health goals - I’d love to invite you to book your first consultation with me where you will get clear on the steps that you need to take to solve your PCOS problems.

Frequently asked questions:

How many sessions will I need? This varies from person to person however these sessions are designed to provide you with small, impactful changes week to week across a period of weeks to months. It isn't a huge overwhelming consultation- it's designed to be efficient, affordable, and effective! Clients who have the most success have sessions with me fortnightly for ~3-6 months. The amount that you see me is totally up to you and we can discuss this more and work out a suitable plan in your first session.

How long are the sessions? 30 minutes! These sessions are designed to fit into your lunch break and around your other commitments.

Can these sessions be claimed on my insurance? Registered dietitian services can be claimed on health insurance depending on your policy. Check your policy for details.

What is your diet advice?  Our nutrition recommendations are backed by science, and are given based on your individual needs and preferences. There is nothing generic about what we do. We spend time researching your health, diet, and situation, then creating a plan specific to you. You will not be given something strict that you don't enjoy. We focus on sustainable changes only.

Will I have to cook separate meals for my family?  No way! This is a strong no from us- life is busy enough. Your family members may need different portion sizes depending on appetites and nutrient/ calorie requirements- but all meals are 100% safe for everyone. These are not "diet" meals and I don't suggest to you any "diet" foods.

How much will I spend on food?  We will not be telling you to spend money on expensive foods. You don't need to fork out for organic, "superfood claims" or specific brands. Our guidelines can work for any budget and we show you how to tick all of the nutritional boxes at the same time.

Where is your office located for appointments?  We work with clients worldwide, virtually.
